1.Click on the Junk E-Mail folder on the left hand side

2.  In the message window, right-click on the sender’s email address.  Next, scroll down to Junk E-Mail, then choose “Add to Safe Senders List.”  If you want, you can add the entire domain to the safe list so that all emails coming from that domain are delivered to your inbox rather than junk.

(The domain is the part of the email address after the “@” symbol.)

1. Login to your email and click the word,       on the bottom left hand side

2. At the top, click on the down arrow next to “New” then choose “Group” (see illustration below)

3. In the “Group Name” field, type the name of your group.

4. Click on the button

5. Next, double click on each person’s name you wish to add to the group. When finished, click

6. Next, click on button, then click 

7. To email this group, click on then right click on the group you wish to email and choose

2.  Now, your “sent” items will appear that you can read, forward, or take any action that you want to.  Useful if you need to check any messages that you sent to others, including attachments.

2.  Type the person’s email address into the blank field.  If you don’t know it, log into your email and search the GAL (Global Address List)

3.  Complete the wizard by clicking “Next” then “Send Invitation”

3.  Next, just type in the email address(es) you with to send the email and click

2.  Next, click on the GAL (Global Address List) icon to bring up the school directory

3.  Double-click on the name(s) you want to email, then click

4. Write your email and then click

1.  One logged in, click on the   icon in the upper right hand corner.  This is known as the Global Address List, or GAL for short.

2.  Right click on their name, then choose “Add to Contacts.”

3.  Now, you can easily communicate with your contacts by clicking on the “Contacts” tab.
