Have you ever had someone email you and it went to your junk mailbox instead of your inbox? You can permanently fix this with just a few clicks. Here’s how:
1.Click on the Junk E-Mail folder on the left hand side

2. In the message window, right-click on the sender’s email address. Next, scroll down to Junk E-Mail, then choose “Add to Safe Senders List.” If you want, you can add the entire domain to the safe list so that all emails coming from that domain are delivered to your inbox rather than junk.
(The domain is the part of the email address after the “@” symbol.)
