1. Once logged into Messenger, click on the “green plus icon”, then choose “Add a contact …”
2. Type the person’s email address into the blank field. If you don’t know it, log into your email and search the GAL (Global Address List)
3. Complete the wizard by clicking “Next” then “Send Invitation”
